Crispy, Delicious Brussel Sprouts
Growing up, I hated brussel sprouts. And I mean H-A-T-E-D!
My aunt would always make them for us. She would boil them and they would be this soft, tasteless lump of green sitting in my plate. the kids would all come together to devise a plan to make these things go away.
This recipe is NOT for my aunt’s mushy brussel sprouts!

Easy Mushroom Puff Pastry Tart
I used to be afraid of any kind of pastry and shy away from making it because I always thought it would be hard work. But then I found ready made puff pastry in the frozen section of my local grocery store. I bought a box thinking I would try it out once – if it fails, it fails, but at least I tried.
